Roy Eiermann joined OMNI in the fall of 2018. Since then, he has directed the OMNI Counseling department and maintained a caseload of clients and families through EDGE Counseling Solutions. 

In spring of 2022, Roy became OMNI’s Clinical Director. In this role, Roy develops impactful programs to meet the increased needs of the local community while also ensuring existing and new OMNI clients have access to the services they need. 

Roy also serves as the Clinical Supervisor of EDGE Counseling Solutions. In his free time, he enjoys driving with the soft-top down on his Jeep Wrangler and finding trails for off-roading.
