OMNI employs licensed and pre-licensed Counselors and Therapists who provide individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-informed, client-centered setting.
Therapy roles support children, adolescents, and families—many of whom are Spanish-speaking—through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Clinicians work within a collaborative team environment that prioritizes supervision, professional development, and high-quality community mental health care.

OMNI offers family case management positions focused on child welfare, family preservation, and stability-building services for families involved in Intact Family Services.
Professionals in these roles partner closely with families to assess strengths and needs, develop service plans, and connect households to essential supports such as mental health services, housing assistance, substance use treatment, and domestic violence resources. This work is grounded in collaboration, advocacy, and cultural humility.
Family case management roles at OMNI typically involve:

At OMNI our Youth Mentors play a vital role in helping children, adolescents, and families build resilience and life skills through trauma-informed, community-based mental health support.
These roles focus on coaching, skill-building, and mentoring youth—often in partnership with families, therapists, schools, and community organizations. Many of the youth we serve come from Spanish-speaking households, making bilingual (English/Spanish) skills especially valuable.
Professionals in youth mentoring roles at OMNI often:

Help justice-involved youth reduce recidivism and re-engage in school or work
Strengthen family communication and caregiver relationships

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch a meaningful career in mental health, counseling, or community services? At OMNI, our internship program provides hands-on experience for individuals passionate about helping others and making a real difference.
We proudly offer internships twice a year, giving aspiring professionals the opportunity to work alongside experienced counselors, social workers, and prevention specialists. As an OMNI intern, you’ll gain valuable skills, build professional connections, and contribute to programs that support individuals and families in need.
To be eligible, applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the community. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career while creating meaningful change, we encourage you to apply!
