Maritza Lopez holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. As an Intact Clinical Supervisor at OMNI, she is deeply committed to supporting families and protecting children from further abuse. She is equally passionate about equipping her staff with the tools and guidance they need to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding field.
Maritza’s dedication to understanding human behavior extends beyond the classroom—she studied Culture and Human Behavior in Maastricht, Netherlands, enriching her perspective on diverse communities. A lifelong athlete, she has played volleyball, basketball, and soccer, embracing teamwork and discipline in all aspects of her life.
Outside of work, Maritza enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. She also finds relaxation in self-care, often indulging in spa visits and facials to unwind. Maritza is proud to be part of OMNI, an agency known for its supportive environment and longstanding positive reputation in the community.

Common issues OMNI battles with our clients include: depression/anxiety, peer and relationship issues, family conflicts/divorce, trauma past and ongoing (domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault), academic problems, criminal activity, substance abuse, school refusal and much more.
